Petition Objecting To: Planning Application No. NP/22/0635/FUL

Proposal: Proposed relinquishing of 50 mixed touring pitches (caravans and tents) in lieu of 36 high quality timber effect holiday lodges, an increase in the site area of the approved park, a new entrance, a new reception lodge, staff and visitor parking area, with extensive environmental improvements. 

Location: Fishguard Bay Resort, Penrhyn Road, Dinas Cross, Fishguard, SA65 9ET. 

Background: The approval of this planning application would mean an extension of the existing footprint of the Resort from where it is currently contained on the peninsular to further along the coastline. There would be an additional reception area, car park and 23 lodges along the coastline. This would negatively impact the views along this currently wild, untouched stretch of coastline and bring greater noise and light pollution plus additional traffic. 

The Ask: If you would like to object to this development by signing this petition by adding your details, comments and signature, I will submit these to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority by 5th December 2022 when all responses are due.
