The Issue

Subject: Petition for a Motion of No Confidence Vote Against Prime Minister Mark Carney

To the Honourable Members of the House of Commons:

We, the undersigned citizens of Canada, urgently call upon the Members of Parliament to initiate a motion of no confidence against Prime Minister Mark Carney.

Our concerns are as follows:

 1. Insufficient Support Within the Liberal Caucus: During the recent leadership election, only approximately 45.7% of Liberal Members of Parliament (MPs) publicly endorsed Mr. Carney. This raises concerns about his ability to command majority support within his own party.

 2. Unified Opposition From Other Parties and Independents: The Conservative Party, Bloc Québécois, New Democratic Party (NDP), Green Party, and Independent MPs have not expressed support for Mr. Carney’s leadership. Combined, these parties and independents hold a significant portion of the seats in the House of Commons.

 3. Public Opposition to a Snap Election: The proposed snap election on April 28, 2025, does not allow sufficient time for Canadians to be adequately informed about the candidates and their platforms. This undermines the democratic process and the electorate’s ability to make informed decisions.

 4. Erosion of Democratic Principles: Calling a snap election without clear support from both the public and within the governing party sets a concerning precedent. It is imperative that our leaders uphold the principles of transparency, accountability, and democratic legitimacy.

Calculation of Potential Votes Against the Prime Minister:

 • Liberal Party: Out of 152 Liberal MPs, approximately 45.7% publicly endorsed Mr. Carney, leaving about 54.3% (83 MPs) whose support is uncertain or absent.

 • Opposition Parties and Independents:

 • Conservative Party: 120 MPs

 • Bloc Québécois: 33 MPs

 • NDP: 24 MPs

 • Green Party: 2 MPs

 • Independent: 3 MPs

Assuming that the MPs who did not publicly endorse Mr. Carney and all opposition members vote against him, the total would be:

 • Liberal MPs Against: 83

 • Opposition MPs and Independents: 120 + 33 + 24 + 2 + 3 = 182

 • Total Potential Votes Against: 83 + 182 = 265

With 338 seats in the House of Commons, a majority requires 170 votes. Therefore, 265 votes against the Prime Minister would decisively indicate a loss of confidence.

EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE HOUSE OF COMMONS

We recognize that parliament does not normally meet during prorogation of dissolution of parliament but they can meet now because this matter is an emergency as our democracy is being  hijacked by globalists.

Conclusion:

In light of the above concerns, we respectfully urge the Members of Parliament to uphold the democratic values of our nation by initiating a motion of no confidence against Prime Minister Mark Carney. This action is essential to ensure that our government reflects the will of the people and maintains the integrity of our parliamentary system.

Sincerely,

Canadian Residents

Note: This petition will be delivered to all M.P.‘s but it will not go through the parliamentary process because there’s not enough time. We are expecting the public will share this widely because we’re alarmed reduction in Democracy signaled by this

Please tell 2 friends about the petition and ask them to tell 2 friends.

P.S. Petitions do work to bring up awareness and to promote the officials to get on board and do what the public wants,
