We call upon supporters of the Academy of a Private Investor and all those who are not indifferent to the fate of Andrey Khovratov to speak out in this dire situation.     

Please be advised that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is conducting a preliminary investigation into the allegations of three individuals that the Academy of a Private Investor infringed their rights. All charges brought against our leader, CEO of the Academy of a Private Investor, Andrey Khovratov are based on the statements of those clients who are unfriendly towards our cause and who think that they have been wronged. In their opinion, they suffered financial losses and were not able to return their money without having fully understood the refund mechanism.

Andrey Khovratov’s defense believes that the complainants due to the lack of understanding of the basics of investing in the digital asset market are mistaken. This influenced the decision made by the investigation team, but it will be rectified during the defense case. The lawyers will prove Andrey Khovratov’s innocence.
We believe that the reason for the criminal prosecution is the scheming by the ill-wishers of the Academy of a Private Investor. We assure you that qualified lawyers are handling the case, but we should not stay on the sidelines either. The most important thing now is to support our leader and show the unity of our large international community.
