Petition from the HTCCR Devotees to the HTCCR Temple Board

We, the Devotees of the HTCCR, Centennial, CO, are concerned about the management and functioning of the Temple Board and present this Petition to communicate our concerns. We invite communication and request information dispersal to the HTCC Devotees through a newsletter, publishing on a News board on the HTCC temple premises and other means. 
The Devotee Community requests that the HTCCR Board:
1.      Create a formal channel of communication with the devotees for information exchange and communication of the concerns of the HTCC Devotee group.
2.      Create greater transparency regarding the operations and management of the temple.  
3.      Request periodic board meetings to be open to the public and provide a yearly schedule of the same to the devotee group.
4.      Provide periodic Financial Reports to the Devotee group.
5.      Audit the election process for the elections held in October 2024 using a neutral third party. To screen for irregularities in the process and ensure that the By Laws were adhered to.
