PETITION APPEAL TO THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT FOR ACTION AGAINST ADELINE CHANG

We, the undersigned, hereby call upon the Malaysian government to take immediate and justified action against Adeline Chang for her continuous negative influence on the internet over the past 1.5 years. Her actions have not only severely impacted Malaysian netizens but have also tarnished Malaysia's reputation as a nation of integrity, respect, and moral values.

Adeline Chang has continuously misrepresented Malaysia and its people through her unacceptable online and offline behavior. Her actions have led others to wrongly perceive that Malaysians share her values and conduct, which is far from the truth. We urge the authorities to intervene, hold her accountable for her misdeeds, and ensure she undergoes necessary mental wellness treatment.

List of Adeline Chang’s Misdeeds:

Bullying Service Providers – She has repeatedly refused to pay honest Grab drivers and business establishments after using their services, fleeing from responsibility. Despite these actions, no significant legal consequences have been imposed on her. Why has justice not been served?

Doxxing Individuals – She has exposed private details, including contact information, of hospital doctors, Grab drivers, a movie director, and their associates on her Facebook page whenever she is dissatisfied with them.

Distributing Immoral Content – She created and publicly distributed an obscene, pornographic song, violating Malaysia’s laws that uphold moral and ethical standards.

Discriminating Against Disabled Individuals (OKU) – She cancelled a food delivery order upon discovering that the delivery person was disabled, filming the entire act of discrimination and justifying it as her “rights.” This is unacceptable in a country that values inclusivity and respect for all individuals.

False Accusations and Defamation – She has maliciously accused innocent netizens of serious offenses such as drug use and inappropriate conduct without any evidence, damaging their reputations irreparably. Why should innocent people suffer due to her baseless claims?

Contempt of Court – In October, she was convicted of inappropriate internet usage and fined RM7,000 for using derogatory terms against minors. Instead of accepting responsibility, she dismissed the ruling as unjust, claiming she paid the fine only to put the matter to rest. Such defiance and disrespect for Malaysia’s legal system must not go unchecked.

Continued Harassment of Minors – Despite her conviction, she proceeded to insult the children of a well-known online personality, calling them “orphans” and cruelly offering to “buy them coffins” and “niches to hold their bone ashes.”

The aforementioned acts are just a fraction of her numerous violations, and many netizens can provide further documented evidence of her misconduct.

We strongly urge the Malaysian government to:

Take serious legal action against Adeline Chang for her continuous online harassment and law violations.

Impose appropriate punishment that deters such harmful behavior.
Mandate compulsory mental wellness treatment to address her repeated harmful conduct.

If individuals like Adeline Chang are allowed to continuously defy Malaysian law, it will set a dangerous precedent that encourages similar behavior among others and the next generation, leading to a morally degraded society.

The government must act decisively to prevent this from happening.

Adeline Chang通过不可接受的互联网行为为国家和国民造成了极严重的辱辞和乱像。我们迫切请求政府对她采取行动，要求她对其罪行负责，并确保她接受必要的心理健康治疗。

Adeline Chang的罪行列表:

1.【欺凌服务提供者】- 她为了自己的私利，经常在使用私车服务和商业服务后逃避付款，并未受到任何法律的制裁。为什么她还未被正当处罚？

2.【越线暴露私人信息】- 她屡次将醫院医生，托运服务提供者，电影导演等个人信息在她的Facebook上公开曝露，即便没有任何正当理由。

3.【传播色情歌曲及内容】- 她创作并公开发布过色情歌曲，这显然为严格遵循道德标准的马来西亚法律所不容。

4.【羞辱歧视残障人士】- 她在订餐后发现送餐员为残障人士后，直接羞辱对方并取消订单，甚至拍摄整个歧视过程。这种歧视弱势群体的行为不符合马来西亚多元包容的国家法规。

5. 【虚假指控与诽谤】- 她恶意指控无辜网友犯下诸如吸毒和不当行为等严重罪行，却毫无证据，严重损害了他们的声誉，造成无法弥补的伤害。无辜者为何要因她毫无根据的指控而受害？

6.【违反法院官治】- 她在10月因使用辱羞未成年者的言语被判决违反法律，被处以RM7,000罚款。然而，她毫无悔意，反而称判决为不公正，声称自己只是为了平息事件才支付罚款，而非承认错误。这违反法律和政府治理的行为不应被容忍。

7.【持续骚扰未成年者】- 尽管被判罚款，她仍然继续涉法，在最近恶意辱骂一位知名网络人士的孩子，称其为“孤儿”，并主动提出“为其购买棺材”和“骨灰灵位”。

我们坚决请求马来西亚政府：

对Adeline Chang的互联网恶行采取严惩行动，重罚其法律违规行为

劳动她接受心理健康治疗，以纠正她的行为

若任由此类人士无法无天，那么我们的社会将步入一个遗忘道德的混乱时代。

我们希望马来西亚政府重视此问题，采取相应措施以保护公平和法律体制。
