We, the undersigned residents of the Pecan Ridge neighborhood, hereby submit this petition to express our collective desire for the transfer of control of the Homeowners Association (HOA) to the residents of our neighborhood. We believe that this change is essential for the betterment of our community and the overall well-being of its residents.

Over the years, our community has grown, and the residents have become more actively involved in the decision-making processes that directly impact our daily lives. As stakeholders in this neighborhood, we feel that it is in the best interest of everyone involved to have the HOA management transferred to a resident-led board. This transition will not only enhance transparency but also ensure that the decisions made align with the needs and preferences of the residents.

Reasons for the Transfer:

Community Representation: A resident-led HOA board will better represent the diverse interests and concerns of the neighborhood.

Further failure to cooperate will force our hand to take more drastic legal measures, which we hope is not necessary.
