We, the undersigned parents, staff, students, and community members of Princeville, submit this petition to formally express our vote of no confidence in Superintendent Tony Shinall and to request his removal from the position of Superintendent of Princeville CUSD #326.

Over time, a significant portion of the Princeville community has lost confidence in Mr. Shinall’s leadership. This loss of confidence is based on ongoing and widely shared concerns regarding his leadership style, decision-making practices, and treatment of others within the district. 

Specifically, community members have raised serious concerns regarding:

*A bullying and intimidating leadership mentality that discourages open dialogue and constructive disagreement.

*Abuse or misuse of administrative authority, resulting in decisions that appear punitive rather than collaborative. 

*A pattern of behavior that has damaged trust, morale, and transparency within the district.

*An apparent disregard for community input and the voices of parents, staff, and stakeholders.

Effective leadership in a school district must be grounded in respect, accountability, collaboration, and trust. We believe the current environment under Mr. Shinall’s leadership has failed to reflect these values and has negatively impacted the Princeville CUSD #326.

Our schools, staff, and students deserve leadership that fosters unity rather than division, encourages professionalism rather than fear, and acts in the best interest of the district rather than personal authority. 

For these reasons, we respectfully request that the Princeville CUSD #326 Board of Education:

Acknowledge this vote of no confidence.
Conduct a thorough review of Superintendent Shinall’s leadership and conduct.
Take appropriate action, up to and including removal from the position of Superintendent.

This petition reflects the genuine concerns of those directly affected by the leadership of Princeville CUSD #326. We submit in good faith, with the goal of restoring trust, accountability, and positive leadership with our school district.
