BAN THIS JUDGE!

We, the undersigned, are writing to urgently petition for the removal and investigation of Judge John Tomasello of the South Jersey Family Division. We believe that his actions and decisions are endangering the safety and well-being of countless women and children in our community. It is imperative that we take a stand now to protect our most vulnerable citizens.

For far too long, Judge Tomasello has exhibited a troubling pattern of behavior that demonstrates a total disregard for the safety of women and children involved in family court proceedings. Numerous reports and testimonies from affected families have surfaced, revealing instances of bias, insensitivity, and negligence in handling cases that directly impact the welfare of children. 

This disregard for the safety of families has resulted in dire consequences, leaving many women and children feeling unsupported and unsafe. The trauma inflicted by the judicial system should not be compounded by the very individuals sworn to protect and serve justice.

If Judge Tomasello is allowed to continue in his position without accountability, the ramifications will be severe. More women will be left vulnerable, and more children will be subjected to environments that may compromise their safety and emotional well-being. We cannot allow this cycle of harm to persist. The safety of our children is at stake, and we owe it to them to advocate for change.

Conversely, if we succeed in removing Judge Tomasello and initiating an investigation into his actions, we can restore faith in the judicial system and ensure that our family courts prioritize the safety and welfare of children and their mothers. A change in leadership could lead to more compassionate, fair, and informed decision-making that truly considers the best interests of families.

We urge the community, local officials, and legal authorities to take immediate action to remove Judge John Tomasello from his position and to conduct a thorough investigation into his conduct. We need to ensure that no more women and children endure the horrific experiences that have been reported.
