The Issue

We, the undersigned parents, staff, alumni, parishioners, and supporters of St. Anthony School, respectfully petition for the immediate reinstatement of our Principal, Jennifer Raes and Vice-Principal, Melissa Iloabachie.

Their removal has caused deep concern, sadness, and instability within our school community. These leaders have faithfully served our students, families, and staff with dedication, compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to Catholic education.

Under their leadership, St. Anthony School has been a place of faith, academic growth, safety, and community. They have consistently supported students, guided staff, communicated with families, and worked tirelessly for the success of our school.

We are deeply concerned that their termination appears to have been based on unsubstantiated claims, a lack of due process, and a lack of transparency. We believe decisions of this magnitude should be handled with fairness, integrity, and clear communication.

We believe their dismissal does not reflect the positive impact they have had on countless children and families. Their absence has created uncertainty and has significantly affected morale within our school community.

We respectfully ask diocesan and parish leadership to reconsider this decision and reinstate both our Principal, Jennifer Raes and Vice-Principal, Melissa Iloabachie so they may continue the important work they have done so well.

We make this request out of love for the children of St. Anthony School, our community, and a desire for healing, stability, and strong leadership moving forward.

Signed,
