We, the undersigned, are writing to petition for the implementation of Supra Managed Access Service. In today's world, technology plays an increasingly important role in our daily lives, and with that comes the need for secure, efficient and convenient access to all of our listings.

This is why Supra "now offers a simple way to provide controlled access to our listings for associates such as contractors, stagers, and cleaning services. Supra’s single access key, part of the managed access service, provides convenient and secure access for individuals who require limited one-off or occasional entry to properties. Authorization is granted by the listing agent via the eKEY® app for one-time lockbox access during a designated time window. Agents can prepare multiple properties with ease, for example, sending stagers to one location and a plumber to the next. Supra’s single access key is designed for use only by infrequent users who need one-time access to a listing on a pay-per-use basis."

According to Supra, its managed access service is expanding to cover multiple groups that support the real estate listing and selling process, including office teams, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and non-member agents. Surely we don't want Texas to be left out of this expansion.

Furthermore, and again according to Supra, "The Houston Association of REALTORS is the second largest real estate association in the U.S., with 47,000 members. 'Supra digital solutions enable our members to deliver best-in-class service in the buying and selling process during this historic period of demand for housing in the Houston market,' said Shawn Dauphine, Director of MLS, Houston Association of REALTORS. MetroTex Association of REALTORS, based in Grapevine, Texas, has nearly 26,000 members and is the largest REALTOR association in North Texas and fifth largest in the U.S. 'We are pleased to extend our 29-year relationship with Supra and continue to provide our members best-in-class tools to facilitate seamless property access,' said Janet Kane, Chief Executive Officer, MetroTex. 'Supra solutions empower our members to deliver superior service to their clients.' "

However, our members are not receiving all the benefits Supra has to offer and as such, there is more that NTREIS and the Shareholder MLS Associations can do to provide its members with better-in-class tools so that it can indeed fully empower our members to deliver the highest-level of service possible.
