We, the undersigned property owners of Mystic Shores, request a special meeting to vote on the removal of Michael Elrod from the POA Board.

This request is based on a loss of confidence in his ability to serve fairly and professionally. Over the years, residents have repeatedly raised concerns regarding rude and confrontational behavior, inconsistent enforcement, and actions that have contributed to division within the community.

This does not stem from one isolated incident, but from a pattern of ongoing conduct that has eroded trust. Residents are increasingly frustrated and are ready for leadership that reflects professionalism and respect.
