In light of the recent events we, the members of the Whittington Creek Homeowners Association, request a special meeting with the Board of Directors per Article 5 section 2 of the Whittington Creek Homeowners Association Bylaws.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Board’s decision to sign a management contract with HPC Management.
