We, the undersigned homeowners of Arborview Park, respectfully request a Special Meeting of the Homeowners Association pursuant to the governing documents of our HOA and applicable Florida Statutes.

There is widespread confusion and concern among homeowners due to recent and proposed material changes in responsibilities, maintenance plans, and HOA-managed services. We believe it is essential that these matters be addressed transparently, with full homeowner involvement.

The topics we request be addressed at the Special Meeting include:

-Lack of Transparency in Responsibility Changes
Homeowners have not received a clear, complete breakdown of what responsibilities have shifted to them individually versus what remains under HOA management.

-Undisclosed or Unexplained Material Plans
What additional changes or plans are being discussed or implemented without community input?

-Maintenance Plans for 2025
What is planned for deferred and emergent maintenance items in the upcoming year? What is the scope, timeline, and budget?

-Landscaping and Post-Construction Restoration
What has changed regarding HOA obligations to replace landscaping and mulch after construction projects?

-Why are these now being shifted to homeowners without formal community approval or clarity?

We believe these are material changes to the governance and maintenance of our community that require homeowner involvement and input. A special meeting is necessary to ensure transparency, allow questions to be addressed publicly, and foster collaboration between the board, management company, and homeowners.

We urge our fellow neighbors to sign this petition so we may formally request this meeting and work together to clarify and resolve these concerns.
