This petition aims to seek refund from Shadow Travel & Tours. We are a group of people who made booking from the said agency and never get to use their services because of the Pandemic. Although we understand that what happened was out of their control and power, but the agency failed to make an update and we are asking to refund whatever we booked from them. The agency has been asking a lot of details from us for the "refund"  but do not have assurance if we will be getting the refund or when we will get it. Some of us expects that we can no longer get the full amount to whatever we already paid, we still hope we get the refund that we are asking. This has been long overdue and the agency are not doing anything to make this issue better, instead they are making assumptions that we are harassing them. They are even making dummy accounts to spy on the group, what a shame you won't see anything suspicious hun. The agency lack communication to their customers ever since the Pandemic. Some of us are blocked from their page, some are ignored. The agency's contact details can no longer be reached as their Gmail, Viber, or phone numbers are not available anymore.

To MS. MARICEL INEZ QUIAMBAO the owner of Shadow Travel & Tours, all we are asking from you is the ff:

• ASSURANCE THAT WE WILL BE GETTING OUR REFUNDS
• THE DATE WHEN WE WILL BE GETTING THE REFUNDS
• COMMUNICATION!!!

P.S. WE ARE NOT TRYING TO PUT THE COMPANY DOWN. TO WHOEVER IS SAYING THAT PLEASE STOP! YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME. MAHIYA KA SA MGA PINAGSASASABI MO. WE WANT NOTHING FROM THE AGENCY BUT OUR MONEY BACK!!! TO THE AGENCY, DAMI NIYONG TIME PARA MAGCOMMENT COMMENT DITO, WHY NOT PUT IT INTO GOOD USE AT AYUSIN NIYO GUSOT NIYO?
