We, the residents of the Central Heights community, respectfully request that the Angelina & Neches River Authority:

Provide a detailed explanation of recent water bill increases, including any changes in rates, fees, billing practices, or other factors contributing to increased customer charges.
Provide a comparison of average household water usage and billing amounts before and after any recent rate changes to help customers understand whether increases are due to usage, rate adjustments, or other billing factors.
Review the current water rate structure to ensure it is fair, reasonable, and accurately reflects customer usage.
Hold a public meeting with Central Heights residents to address customer concerns, answer questions, and provide transparency regarding water services and billing.
Many residents have experienced significant increases in their monthly water bills despite no substantial changes in water usage. Customers deserve clear communication, accountability, and an opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with ANRA representatives.

We respectfully request that ANRA review this matter, provide documentation supporting recent increases, and work with the Central Heights community to find a fair and transparent resolution.
