The negative news about Logansport's Mayor continues to appear on the front page of the city's newspaper.

After previous reports he has garnishment hearings coming for unpaid jewelry and car payments stemming from the repossession of his former vehicle, Target has now circled Martin in its debt collection target.

Today, the Pharos-Tribune reports that Target is seeking payment for his account in a lawsuit filed Oct. 10 in Cass Superior Court 2. He is alleged to have failed to pay of a Target Circle Card bill of $571.28, that now totals $$864.70. Martin was unavailable for comment.
