We, the undersigned parents, players, students, alumni, and supporters of the Clinton High School basketball program, respectfully ask for the reinstatement of Coach Michael D. Hayduk as the boys varsity basketball coach.

Coach Hayduk has dedicated the past 9 years to the student-athletes and basketball program at Clinton High School. 7 as the varsity coach, and 9 years total as a coach. During that time, he has consistently demonstrated commitment, leadership, professionalism, and care for the players both on and off the court. Under his guidance, students have developed not only as athletes, but also as individuals who understand teamwork, discipline, accountability, and respect.

Coach Hayduk has built strong relationships with players and families throughout the community. He has earned the trust and respect of those involved in the program and, to our knowledge, has maintained a positive record with no prior negative reviews or disciplinary concerns.

His impact extends far beyond wins and losses. He has created an environment where students feel supported, included, motivated, and proud to be part of the program. Many players and parents believe his leadership has been instrumental in the success, growth, and culture of Clinton High School  basketball.

We respectfully ask that the administration reconsider its decision and give serious consideration to reinstating Coach Michael D. Hayduk. We believe keeping him in this role is in the best interest of the student-athletes, the program, and the broader school community.
