Bandar Seri Coalfields, more easily known as BSC, is an integrated township development by KLK Land spanning 1,001 acres of freehold land.

The township planning comprises a range of low-density residential and commercial collections. Amenities easily within reach include a 50-acres landscaped Central Park, a private clubhouse, market, petrol station, police station, Wesley Methodist Private School, kindergarten, and primary and secondary schools. Nevertheless, most mentioned amenities have yet to be developed or constructed and have only been allocated and gazetted, especially the government/public facilities.

The number of completed houses in BSC has reached more than 2,000 units, to be exact 2,422 units as of June 2022. There are more ongoing construction and future development in Bandar Seri Coalfields, whereby the total number of house units will increase by at least 40%. More upcoming houses in other residential areas surrounding BSC are under construction, such as units at LBS Alam Perdana and Daunan Worldwide Alam Perdana. Not forgetting those in other developed areas, such as Desa Coalfields, Saujana Aman, and Alam Jaya, have similar issues with no closeby public facilities and infrastructure. We also welcome residents from Saujana Utama and Puncak Alam to support this petition and be a part of the larger community.
