We, the undersigned, are petitioning the CCSD to establish designated off-leash hours at Early College High School Hampstead Square, a community park owned by the school district. This park, which is fully fenced and equipped with dog waste stations, has been used & enjoyed by local residents as an informal dog park since it opened. By implementing set off-leash hours, we can ensure that both dog owners and other park users can enjoy the space responsibly, fostering a stronger sense of community and providing a safe, designated area for dogs to socialize and exercise.
