PETITION FOR JUDICIAL PRESENCE AND CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDY

Americans are being arrested, caged, and held without appearing before a judge — not because the law requires it, but because the system finds it convenient. This is false imprisonment. It is a color of law violation under 18 U.S.C. § 242. It is happening right now, in every state, funded by taxpayer dollars.

We demand:

— All judges be physically present for every arraignment and criminal proceeding.

— No person be held more than 24 hours without appearing before a present judge — no exceptions.

— All court filing windows remain fully staffed and accessible during posted hours.

— Traffic and municipal courts provide genuine due process, not assembly-line revenue collection.

— The DOJ establish a dedicated unit to prosecute systemic color of law violations by law enforcement, courts, and private detention contractors.

The Constitution is not a suggestion. Enforce it.
