Dear Sir/Ma,
Subject: Petition for Investigation into Kwakol Markets, Prosecution of the Culprits and Recovery of Investors Funds
We, the undersigned, are writing to formally request an investigation into the activities of Kwakol Markets, located at 169 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, for alleged fraudulent investment practices of Millions of Dollars.
Kwakol Markets promised investors high returns on investments through a structured monthly interest scheme and assured full capital repayment at the end of a specified contract period of Twelve (12) Months. These promises were communicated through contracts and company representatives, and Kwakol received clients' individual investments of thousands of Dollars.
Initially, many investors received payments as outlined in their agreements. However, after a few months, payments abruptly ceased without clear or credible explanations. Repeated inquiries were met with vague assurances that the issues were temporary and would soon be resolved.
Subsequently, an internal email revealed allegations of fund mismanagement by key company officials, including the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ishaku Yakubu Teri. Efforts to recover funds or receive further clarification have been unsuccessful, leaving many investors stranded and financially distressed.
This situation has caused significant hardship for numerous individuals who trusted Kwakol Markets with their savings, believing in the legitimacy of their operations. We believe this constitutes a serious breach of trust and potential violation of financial and investment laws.
Given the magnitude of the losses suffered by the affected investors and the nature of the allegations, we respectfully request the EFCC to:
- Investigate the operations of Kwakol Markets, including the roles played by its management team, Joseph Ishaku Teri and Benjamin Ishaku Teri.
- Prosecute any individuals found culpable for fraudulent activities.
- Facilitate the recovery and return of funds to the affected investors.
We are prepared to provide additional information, documentation, and testimonies to assist in this investigation.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Kwakol Investment Clients.
