We are requesting a formal investigation into death threats pertaining to my son, Luciano Lorenzo Fernandez, and the circumstances surrounding his death. The threats specifically indicated that Luciano would die at his father’s house. Given the nature and specificity of these threats in relation to Luciano’s subsequent death, we are requesting that law enforcement investigate, preserve, and forensically examine all available evidence to determine where the threats originated, who made them, whether the threats were connected to Luciano’s death, and whether any criminal offenses occurred.
