The head staff at Whanganui High School have decided to remove the Head of Pasifika prefect role as an option to apply to be for 2022.

Therefore, next year's year thirteens can not apply for, be, or have a head of Pasifika prefect for next year - and possibly for years to come.

The WHS website states that Whanganui High School is a place and environment where Pasifika identifying people can be leaders, however, this action takes one more leadership role away from a minority at Whanganui High School. 

This has occurred multiple times in our recent school history and we would like to see who believes this role should stay.
