Dear Superintendent Anthony Fayo,

I am writing on behalf of the residents, homeowners, and families of the Fox Hill Farm community to respectfully request that the existing entrancescape at the entryway of our neighborhood be preserved and, once the town assumes responsibility, maintained by the Town of New Windsor.

The entrancescape serves as a vital part of our community’s identity, contributing to the beautification and appeal of Fox Hill Farms. It creates a welcoming and attractive environment for both residents and visitors. Given the impact it has on the overall aesthetic and character of our neighborhood, we believe it is essential that this space remains intact and well-maintained.

As tax-paying homeowners, each of us contributes to the town’s resources, and we are requesting, as taxpayers, that the entrancescape be allowed to remain as is and continue to be cared for by the town.

This will ensure that Fox Hill Farms remains a desirable, visually appealing neighborhood, aligned with the town’s values.
