University of central Lancashire is a prestegious educational instituation, that happens to have several international branch campuses; of these branches is the one in Egypt, which is hosted by the European universities in Egypt. The current president of the Egyptian branch is Dr. Darrell Brooks, due to his expertise in quality assurance of programs abroad, kind heart, and dedication, he was able to successfully streamline and ensure that the new branch in Egypt is up to par with the quality offered abroad. In other words, every student was guaranteed to receive an experience that matches the one offered abroad. Unfortunately, Dr.Darrell will have to leave his position.

Moreover, after what we have witnessed as students and academic staff from Dr. Brooks's dedication and shear hard work, we testify that the branch’s operations and overall quality is impeccable, which is due to the aforementioned reasons and the fact that Dr. Brooks is a previous Uclan employee; hence, a stable connection between the main branch and the Egyptian branch is well established. Finally, in an effort to maintain the branch's top notch performance we urge for the petition to be signed.
