Dr. April Felton's husband, Dr. Shawn Felton was hired as the Dean of Marieb College. While this is wonderful news, unfortunately it was decided that the Feltons' marriage was a conflict of interest and following the Spring 2024 semester, Dr. April Felton will no longer be allowed to teach in the School of Nursing. The purpose of this petition is to bring to attention the impact that Dr. April Felton has on the School of Nursing and to request that Dr. April Felton will be allowed to remain faculty at the School of Nursing regardless of Dr. Shawn Felton's career pursuits.
