I am writing to the Chair of Governors of Llantwit Comprehenaive on behalf of many concerned parents regarding the current management issues of Llantwit Comprehensive. 

We wish to request a formal meeting with The Governing Body for the school to discuss our concerns. We are aware the Estyn report tomorrow will also state the school will be entering special measures.

We are aware there are issues between staff and the Head Teacher and Governors of Llantwit Comprehensive and wish to raise concerns regarding the Head Teacher's and Governor's management of this as it is adversely affecting our children's education as strikes continue.

There seems to be an ongoing need for the Teachers to strike and we as parents feel we are being kept in the dark. 

Our children are missing vital school days due to these strikes and there are many sub teachers who are not teaching our children which is not isolated. 

Unions have confirmed they have been denied access to recent meetings which is a serious concern for us as parents. 

I request that this formal complaint and request for a meeting is considered as stage C of the complaint's procedure for the school as the concerns involve the Head Teacher and Governors management of the current situation.
