It will be open 24/7.
There is a city meeting to be held 10/20/2022.
“Ambulance visits can be 1-2 X a day.”
They would occupy both the bowling alley lot and the lot behind the bowling alley, adjacent to Chic-Fil-A. 
They are requesting a city variance of 1.4 acres.
The current lot is 1.6 acres. 
City ordinance indicates that certain medical facilities should be on a minimum of 3 acres.
They are requesting a second variance based on the fact that the business would be within 500 feet of a residential neighborhood.
The Chic-Fil-A traffic is already an issue. This may make it significantly worse. 

My plan is to have as many signatures as possible to bring to the meeting.
