In order to preserve the remnants of integrity & honor of generational Collegiate & Amateur Sport & College Football especially in the highly honored and historically superior B1G Conference, and in the absence of any just oversight by the NCAA, B1G, State(s), Local, and/or Federal policing/supervisory agencies:

WE the undersigned, request a full and thorough immediate & retroactive investigation into ALL parties involved in the scandalous "allegations" of cheating, sign/signal stealing of schemes & plays, spying for unjustified advantage, including organized gambling fixes, and all possible alleged Federal, State(s) & multi-jurisdictional, RICO, NCAA, and B1G Conference violations that may have been perpetrated during the 2019-2024 College football seasons. To include full-scale legal & lawful criminal investigations into “alleged” spying/cheating by serial-organized video-recording and in game misuse of those stolen intel/info gained by any/all surreptitious, corrupt, and unscrupulous means for manipulation & corruption of all markets adversely effecting those signers by class, including: Advertisement, Television, Institutional, Betting/Wagering, and any/all other victimized markets, corporations, and persons culminating in the broad-spectrum denigration, diminishing of reputations and valuations by association, conference affiliations, and all pertinent market contracts, covenants, agreements, and any/all players/teams violated by the alleged violations of the 2019-2024 Harbaugh-coached Michigan Football Program(s) under the supervision/direction of: Warde Manuel, Jim Harbaugh, & to include ALL participating coaches, advisors, players, staff, and administrative/support staff involved.
