The Issue

 

Petitions for the investigation of McDonnell, Chief Justice Leroy Rountree Hassell and other named government officials (“Bob McDonnell, et al.”),* to “[resist] the execution of the laws under color of [their] authority,”to obstruct the statutory right of a father and deprive him of the right to employment and unemployment compensation by enforcing a void order issued in violation of the Void Order Doctrine to punish him in retaliation for petitioning the General Assembly and litigating against their malfeasance in violation of Va. Isidoro RodriguezPetition StarterMy actions are based on my oath to defend and protect the Constitution, the Republic, and its citizens from all enemies “foreign and domestic,” which I took as a Nam Vet, a Carter/Reagan White House appointee, and a federal trial/appellate practitioner.My three decades of civil litigation provides a record of usurping power granted only to Congress and the General Assembly of Virginia, Query, if I as an experienced federal civil trial/appellate litigator can be targeted by the government and deprived of access to an impartial jury trial and court to stop malfeasance, what is either a young inexperienced attorney or layman to do? (see, DOJ and Federal Judges Conspiracy to Violate the Constitution and Rule of Law
