One of the new HUD guidelines for Section 8 housing is the prohibition of medical marijuana. If you are on Section 8 housing or something similar that is administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and you use medical marijuana to relieve your aliments and you are caught it is out on the street you go. Who came up with this directive? Sandra V. Henriquez Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing. What was her excuse? Second hand smoke. She says that second hand smoke goes from the medical marijuana patient's apartment to adjoining apartments. This theory has been debunked so that is not a legitimate reason. She is a government bully that likes to push her weight around. Let's show her she can't do that.
