Everyday poor stray animals are killed by senseless drivers who don’t care and even intentionally over run poor animals on road. Yesterday I saw a commercial car run over a dog and dog screamed out of pain. It shook me how this person simply didn’t care and drove off. Dog died on road that instant . Requesting to take action against such people who lack humanity. Life of these poor souls also matter . Just because they cannot speak and express pain , doesn’t mean they are not hurt.
