As the tragic death of a pregnant elephant in Kerala after it ate a pineapple filled with explosives continues to generate shock and anger.

Officials found her near a stream in the Pathanapuram forests. "She was very weak and we could not tranquilise her. We did try to give her some medication but she moved away a few kilometers. The next day, she had collapsed," a senior forest official told.

This gruesome crime certainly is indicative of their nature and how prone they are to commit crimes. 

We request the government to pin him down legally and ensure death as a preemptive and reactionary measure for this inhuman brutality.

We want justice for the elephants and want death punishment for those who are involved in this brutality.
