Preventing the Demolition of the Gym - FIT4LESS 

It has been brought to our attention that Perth and Kinross Council have allowed the first step to start the demolition of FIT4LESS gym - 15 Canal Street Perth PH2 8LQ to make way for the erection of 12 flats

This petition has been created to allow people of Perth to have their voice and encourage the Perth and Kinross Council to reconsider this proposal.

For the past 7 years FIT4LESS has helped over 1200 members build confidence in their self and allowed them to become fitter and healthier at their own pace joining them on every step of their journey - it has shown a real sense of family offering affordable prices with personal touches from all the great members of the team. This isn't your standard gym - you genuinely feel more than just another client. Tammy and her team help support people reach personal goals every single day and losing this big part of the Perth community should not even be considered.

FIT4LESS has been the hub for a number of local football teams over the last couple of years allowing both adults and children to remain active, plus they play a big part in supporting local disability groups as well as helping local schools with encouraging health and well being for all pupils.

The plan itself seems to be very ill thought out with little regard to health of the local community, the jobs of 8 very hard working team members and the disruption to other local business.
