Star Trek Online,
One of the best games I ever played. I was so happy hearing the news that it was coming to ps4 because I have a brother that I want to expose to the world of Star Trek. My Brother does not use his computer but plays on the ps4 console extensively and I thought what a great thing that I could give to my brother. why I want to share this is I don't get to do much with him due us not having games we like that are in common. so I was devastated when I heard that it wont be cross platform.

Which the non cross platform can cause problems not only with the players who love this game but for the company as well some examples would be...

1. Players would hate the fact that all they earned, worked hard, and paid for would be taken away if they decide to move to a console.

2. the servers will compete and slowly strangle each other until both die due to the fact that people could quit playing the pc version and move to ps4 which means less players

I can go on...
but lets look at the good things that can happen with cross platform play!!!

1. Veterans introducing non pc friends/players to play together which can be good for business because the servers will grow together and will live long and prosper.

2. people don't feel ripped off about their old accounts not carrying over which will greatly increase positive outlook for the game. People that don't feel ripped will spend more money and invite more players! without that the game could flop!

3. the cross play will resurrect the game because the ques will be full again and pvp and missions will be brought back to life!

I'm sure players will agree so I started this petition having both together will make the game better then ever! another point is having long term players in the mix will help the new generation learn more about the great universe of star trek...
