It looks to me like Perfect Puppy is using a new business name in the hopes that it will draw less attention. Perfect Puppy's owner is a breeder and I suspect he plans to start a breeding business. I also suspect that the Scituate Town Council may approve this permit... unless they're given a strong enough reason not to...
