Achieving a Good and Healthy Lifestyle
The Issue
A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well-being. The ways for being healthy include healthy eating, physical activities, weight management, and stress management but most of the people follow an unhealthy lifestyle. They do not know the importance of these ways that’s why many Filipinos have high the risk of being seriously ill or dying at early.
Emerging new technologies such as the internet and virtual communication networks, lead our world to a major challenge that threatens the physical and mental health of individuals. The challenge is the overuse and misuse of the technology that may result unpleasant consequences, especially youth. For example, using of computer and other devices up to midnight, may effect on the pattern of sleep and it may disturb sleep.
Our advocacy is to give an advice to other people to help them maintain their body in a healthy way with proper use of technology. We want them to realize the importance of our health especially in this generation where technology is in demand.
We are going to plant a tree for every signatures in this petition so let's sign this petition not only to help each and everyone achieve a good and healthy body but make our environment a better place to live in.
