A recent devastating case of animal cruelty in Nepal was captured on video and shared to the internet. In the video, 2 men are seen dragging the dog, tying him to an electric pole, beating him with a spade and iron rod until he takes his last breath. The dog eventually in the pool of blood takes his last breath. Despite mounting pressure exerted by animal rights activists, Nepal has yet to introduce a separate legal framework to ensure animal rights and welfare. Please  sign this petition urging the Nepal government to push local authorities to prosecute the suspect to the fullest extent of the law, and to let the government know the world is watching and will not stand by silently as animal killers get away with their crimes.
