Now is the time for African Americans to be paid on a biweekly schedule at no choice of work. I am proposing for Michiganders including sponsors on the State Capitol to get behind this incredible opportunity with the help of the United Nations.

For so long amateur athletes have not gotten paid for their ability to invent culture and also carry culture. Your local parks in your cities where you choice to cohabit, is a great opportunity for you to display your arts. Whether it be basketball, spoken poetry, gardening, science, political science, this is a just start for young people to qualify for pension schedules.

African descendants moored across the Atlantic and across the Pacific ages ago and founded civilizations as we once knew it - free from climate change and harmed ecology. We didn't work jobs or stood on plantation at the but of starvation or hunger crisis. We farmed and tilted. 

This decade going into the second decade for African Descent is a widespread chance for everyone included to bounce ideas off one another to see how can we advance life on land without economic challenges.

Our proposal would be to match the PPP per capita in GDP by giving $40k biweekly for ages 18 to 25 and $41k biweekly for ages 26 to 35 and land patents for ages 36 to 44. No disqualifications or discrimination will be permitted on the basis of beliefs, origin or color.
