Mercer County Prison now charges $25 for being admitted into their jail because they spent $1.2 million dollars on a body scan. Besides that, they have their inmates locked down for 4 days at a time right now before letting them take a shower!! An inmate started bleeding from the mouth and nose and they are trying to say it was an overdose. Sounds like an aneurysm to me. Mercer County Prison is known for neglecting the right medical treatment to their inmates and covering it up!! Please share this post! These inmates deserve to at least take a shower every other day, not every 4 days. I’m sure you heard about a baby born in MCP about 2 years ago. It did make the news but they covered it up! They tased this women and neglected her needs. I was there personally along with many others. Please make a stand for these inmates!! They need more sufficient medical care!!! Taking a shower is not a privilege like commissary and phone calls, it is a right!!
