Ban the manufacture of tear gas in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania is the tear gas capital of the world. Two of the three US manufacturers of tear gas are in PA and the third has offices and training centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. End this cruel legacy and cut the problem off at its source, now.

Tear gas is banned under the Geneva Protocol and even though the US withdrew from the ICC which makes international use of tear gas a war crime; Pennsylvania does not have to be complicit. Stand up against the use of tear gas domestically and worldwide by not making it in PA!
