Ever since the Capital Red Rose Corridor project was proposed, NOTHING has materialized. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We need a commuter rail service between the cities of Lancaster and Harrisburg. 

The rail effort has been stalled while CAT and the MTP work to secure $10 million in yearly operating funds from the state. Once funding is secured, Ward said trains between Harrisburg and Lancaster could be running in two years. Rolling stock will likely consist of Electric Multiple Units.
