PA restricts food edibles such as gummies from being sold at medical dispensaries. PA also didn’t allow flower sales until 6 months after it was medically legal. Edibles should follow suit the same fashion as flower. This is a petition for Patients to receive safer and more variety in consuming their medicine. The same medical dispensaries in MD and OH have medical marijuana food edibles.
