We have notified the charity commission of this and explained the rate the PDSA is going no one will trust them with a pet risking funding and lack of faith in the charity.

We will carefully consider the information you have provided.  If we identify issues of regulatory concern, we will take them forward with the trustees of the charity.  We will also keep a record of your complaint.

It is our policy to not provide updates on charity complaints. We will only contact you again if we need further information. This will be within 30 working days."
