The owner of Havoc was contacted only yesterday to ask for permission to speak to someone who has been in communication for over a month already.
So we have now also added a breach of DPA 2018 Laws. Here was our reply.
"(Havoc's Owner) received a call yesterday from Vets Now, I was in the car listening. Over a month from opening the complaint, only now just asking for data protection permission to speak to me on his behalf.
That is something else you can add to the complaint.
- Why has taken this long to ask (Havoc's Owner) for his permission? (Funny coincidence that you have only asked permission for it since my last email in regards to escalating the complaint.)
- And why have you been communicating with me while not having given permission yet? (Breaching the DPA 2018 and I will be considering adding this to the list and will be speaking to ICO and other bodies regarding the matter.)
I now want to see what you have collected so far. I hope they have dates and times. If I find you have only just started dealing with the complaint I will not be happy.
I am now giving you 48 hours notice to produce any evidence and information collected, collate it and send it to myself for me to read.
If I do not receive this in the next 48 hours to prove that the complaint is in motion and effort is being made to come to a resolution, I will start formal communication with the bodies and organisations in the previous email including the new bodies listed in this email. "
