PayPal takes 30% of credit card transactions of small business owners, and holds their money for 90 days. When you cancel your account with them, they still hold your money. This is actually illegal for PayPal to do this in Illinois, however they have managed to circumvent other state laws. They target small business owners specifically, because you can only have the reserve removed if you charge enormous amounts daily.

Not to mention their $30 monthly fees and transaction fees on top of that. I am no longer with PayPal, however they still have in reserve my businesses HARD EARNED MONEY.

After doing research online, I am not alone in this matter. This is wrong!
