Make PayPal Cover Resale Items Under Their Purchase Protection

Make PayPal Cover Resale Items Under Their Purchase Protection
The Issue
PayPal’s Buyer/Seller Protection is one of the best ways to not get scammed when selling or buying something from someone you don’t know.
But, starting July 31st, PayPal says “We are excluding items intended for resale, including single item transactions or transactions that include multiple items, from reimbursement eligibility under our Purchase Protection Program.”
Whether you are selling or buying expensive sneakers or just an old Xbox, anything bought and then sold again is technically resell.
PayPal must change this rule from being put in place. And don’t forget, if they don’t stop this rule, you will still have to pay the PayPal fee and have no protection from scams.
