I have done some research, not only has unauthorized charges been taken out of my account every month since I’ve unsubscribed to this IPSY account. I noticed that I am not alone, I have dealt with my current bank on this issue, PayPal itself, and the company in question who blatantly tells PayPal that these charges were authorized by me after I have explained them numerous times that this was been fraudulent. Please google the amount of women this company has stolen money from on top of overdraft fees. The fine print also says even if you do unsubscribe they do not owe you anything for compensation. This is fraudulent and illegal by all means. I have documents that prove the point in case and would like to start a civil lawsuit and petition. For a company that sends mediocre beauty products with no real value or benefit and often sent more than once. Charging women double and double dipping as they do so. Thousands upon thousands of women experience these issues every day yes, most of us do have online banking such as PayPal, Venmo, cash app, Etc. i’m not asking to change the world and ban this company I’m asking for justice for all of the women including myself who are now in financial crisis stir these hard times (Covid) That do not need nor wish to continue spending money on frivolous things that do not make a difference in this world if anything putting a hole in our pockets while we scrape by to put food on our table for our children. As I said, I don’t want to end Ipsy, I just want justice and compensation for women like me who have been wrongfully charged for a long time now. And turned away by other corporate businesses.
