Thank you for your email to The Hon Karen Andrews MP.  Mrs Andrews has asked note your concerns and me to respond to you on her behalf.

It should be noted that Mrs Andrews has written to the State Government and Gold Coast City Council asking them to consult more widely with local residents and cautioned them to reconsider aspects of the current light rail plans, particularly in relation to where Stage 3a of the Light Rail terminates and plans for extension beyond that.
