Paula Deen has admitted to using the "N" word to her African-American employees and is currently being sued for treating her African-American staff as second class citizens, and also wanting to have them dress as "slaves". She is also accused of making them use the back door when coming to work, and not being able to use the same bathrooms as her white employees. She has shown no remorse for this behavior and The Food Network needs to do more than just release a statement. They need to remove her and her shows from the air. The Food Network currently only has one cooking show starring African Americans and this is unacceptable.
